On 15-10-2010 an accident took place between a motor cycle and a jeep. The rider's right leg was fractured and he was in the Hospital for 15 days. I have got the certified copies of the F.I.R. etc. and also the Medical Bills. Now, the rider has gone to his native place, which is very far from my place of practice. The rider was riding his own bike, but as he has to pay a last installment original R.C. is still with the Bank, and has not been transferred in his name. The policy is live. I want to help my client in every ways. So, could you kindly tell me the as to what are the steps (I mean, both Civil and Criminal and also Vehicle Release) I have to take. I want to know exactly, because I think there is a bit of delay on my part too. Please help as I do not like further delay on my side.
