Motor vehicle act

can a motor vehicle (two wheeler) can be sold to a minor in andhra pradesh.

If not under which rule or section of which act it is illegal or a crime to sell a vehicle to a minor

are there any case laws where the dealer is punished for selling a vehicle to a minor

A minor is incpable of making a contract of purchase in strict sense of the word ,but if a man satisfies the needs of the minor by supplying to him necessaries the law will imply an obligation to repay him for the services so rendered and will enforce that obligation against the estate of the minor. Prima facie No criminal offence is made out in selling the two wheeler to minor under the circumstances given.
