Mrtu and pulp act

Where can a person appeal against the order of a labour court and an industrial court? S.46 of the MRTU and PULP ACT  states that no order of the Industrial court or the labour court in appeal in respect of any offence under the act can be called in question in any criminal court and S.60 provides the same for Civil court.

There have been judgements of the supreme court and the high court regarding  matters forming subject matter of the labour court.

According to my opinion appeal lies to High court only

Yes I agree it lies with the High Court. Means Bombay High Court.

Querist,

I tend to agree with you as far as your comments of judgments are concerned.

However, A very able counsel from Maharashtra may advise you the best.

If you wish, you may get in touch with LCI Expert Mr. Jagadish Paranjape.
