Challan is presented yesterday containing my name in this second 498a case against which i had AB. Now trial is in Dec-13. before this is it advisable to move Jaipur HC in 482 quash.

In quashing decisions what is normal time duration involved. What fee is generally charged for moving in HC ?

Advice please .
