multiple notice served 1st is public demand note 2nd is lega

Plz help..Hello sir, I want to ask u about about serious case issue which is so urgent..... Chq holder A deposit chq in bank but its dishonor by reason STOP PAYMENTS without his knowledge after 2 days A received handwritten letter from the payee that ur payment is stopped. So holder reply to that payees letter and demand for payment in simple handwritten form on date suppose 1/7/15. That letter received on 5/7/15 by payee. After that holder send legal notice by advocate on 2/7/15 which received by payee on date 9/7/15. Holder file case on date according to date of legal notice by advocate on date 8/8/15 in Cort which invalid time period for first simple handwritten letter. What should we can do in this case? Does court consider 2 nd legal notice. Plz help ...
