The House property Collector land Pune Mahanagar Palika - Photo Pass (Ground + 1) Ground floor shop and Residence on top in Pune was purchased by our grand father.
After grand fathers death my father transferred the house in his name. Now Father died and step mother transferred the house in her name.
When we (my sister and myself) were small our mother died. Father married to our step mother to take care of us. But she hated us. She also has one sone and one daughter.
My elder sister got married and I was thrown out of house. I stayed with other relatives and after doing job on rental house. Almost 20 years I was not allowed to come in the house.
Can I get my right in my Father's property which was bought by my grand father.
I have ONLY XEROX COPY of the purchase document of THE HOUSE purchased by my grand father written on Rs.20 stamp paper. My grand father's signature is affixed on it. Original stamp paper copy is with my step mother.
My Grand father died in 1991. My step mother got gumasta in her name for the shop in 1995.
IS THIS BE CONSIDERED AS STRONG PROOF that the property is of my Grand Father.
Till 1983-84 the TAX was in my Grand Father's name.
Till last month the Electricity Bill was in my grand father's name.
As per Muslim Personal Law Is my sister also eligible forshare in the house property.
My step mother is not ready to accept us as legal heirs in the house property.
