I am muslim wife and settling matters at Lok Adakat by finalizing terms and conditions agreed by me and husband. one condition is final half amount to get only after granting divorce by filing FCOS which is to be filed by me.
my questions are.
1. what is FCOS
2. FCOS vs FCOP
3. Is there any other option for wife to get divorce in court

I opine Original Suit in Family Court for FCOS and Original Petition in Family Court. You can file FCOS.
