As per property tax bills and receipts I am the JT owner of a flat in Pune. But my name also needs to be mutated in Index-II document. Pl. help with exact procedure where I should apply, what docs. are MANDATORY for submission and FULL address with pincode where I should apply/contact for getting this mutation done in All PMC records. Also pl. specify Who is the competent authority to action mutation in Index-II document. Thanks.
