Mutual consent divorce

I am living separately from my wife from last 7 months.

I found this on internet "the couple should be living separately for at least one year before mutual consent divorce proceedings can begin.  Living separately does not necessarily mean living in different locations; the couple only needs to provide that they have not been living as husband and wife during this time period."

What are possible proofs/documents that can be used in order to prove that husband is  living seperately from his wife?

Thanks.

No proof or documents are required to record that you are living seperately from your wife.  Your statement is enough.
