mutual divorce

Hi

A husband  and wife has agreed and also filed for a mutual divorce. They also appeared before the councelling and given their consent (in written) to get separated. but later if any one of them is not appearing before the magistrate ,in that case is there any preceedings ?This is because both are working and have no time to appear.

Thanks

NO ,presence of both is mandatory, or else your petition for divorce will be dismissed

when there is no time to get separated why think of joint living. Continue as of now till your

leisure [retirement].

Court is for all and all are welcome but not on anybody's liesure.

COURT WANT TO SEE THE COUPLE TO ORDER SEPARATION , A DIVISION AMOUNG TWO.

If one go How could there be a ORDER  for separation and division ?

"This is because both are working and have no time to appear."

When you both decided for divorce................. that time itself you both must have been informed that ............................you need to take out your time ...........................to complete the process as well!!

No Time to go court...................... is not an excuse ........................

It means either or both of you don't want divorce......petition is dismissed after 18 months of filling.
