Mutual divorce time batwing filing petition & 1st motion

Hi experts,

how much time does it take in a mutual divorce between the petition filing and first motion?

assuming if I have my next hearing on April 29th, is it possible to file both petition and first motion before the next hearing..?

@ Aap Thanks

Pls can you clarify if the mutual divorce petition and fist motion can be filed before the next hearing scheduled? or it has to be filed on the same day of the scheduled hearing?

IS there one more hearing after second motion called final judgement?

well i dont understand by ur line ((((can be filed before next hearing schedule)))

MCD 13b conditions are

1.u both are living seperate for 1 year or more before filing it ,and ur marriage anniversery had passed 1 year mark

means if u married on 1st jan 2013 ur eligible to apply mcd on 2nd jan 2014

2.both of u agree to dissolve the marriage on both of motions and consent should not be under force

when u apply the petition along with MOU after 2 to 4 days ur hearing comes up for ist motion statements (((depending upon court  time some time it can be next day after filing the petition)))) and statements recorded ,then 6months are given for second motion(((((((( and the case is adjournd for this 6 months))))))

then againg u apply affidavit for second motion and againg it comes up for hearing and statements r recorded for 2nd motion and degree is passed

well some courts can give next date as judgement date to pronounce the degree of divorce ususally with in a week ,if not then on the second motion u will get the judgement and then apply certified copies of divorce which u will get in one week time
