Next process is urgently file divorce petition and wait for wife to contest it, before she files some 498a or DV or 125 crpc application in court of law.  So RUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN.

If husband initially agreed for mutual divorce and now back tracking, mutual divorce application will not be process. However, wife will file another petition under the ground of  mental harrassment/cruielty and will ask for divorce.
