Mutual Separation

 

Hi, can anyone please advice if mutual separation agreement is legally accepted.

Is it valid document for ending the marriage.

 Dissulution of Marriage can't be effect by a Separation Agreement ,this agreement is valid for the time being,then you have to file a suit for Judicial Separation or suit for Divorce.Only Court can Dissolved the marriage by a Decree.
