Hi
my grandmother has porpety, she got from their father & mother.
My grandmother have 3 daughter included my mother. My grandmother given gift for me, another 2 dughter has signed for me.
My sister now put legal, she will get anything.
Please let me know

Dear Arivarasu
Your sister will not have any entitlement of property, even if ur mother sisters not accept for giving u the property it cannot be challenged since, the property acquired by a female member in a hindu family will have absolute rights and she can give it to any body to whom she is willing to and no one has authority to question the same.
