My husband has remarrired

Muslim personnel cannot be prosecuted for bigamy.

I am not looking for any mainatainence. since         I am working in different city than that of my parent –in laws, I cant stay there and more over they are indifferent towards me. Yes ,I want to be with my husband only if he wants and not while the other women exists in his life. I don’t want to file any case of bigamy or restitution of conjugal rights or for maintainence. But I want to retain my status of wife. Is there any possibility in future of  he seeking divorce from if I remain the way I am, staying separated. I don’t think my life will be any way beter If I REAMARRY AND I AM BETTER OFF WITH OUT IT.I only got a chance to be with this man for two months. I was not even given a chance to know wheather we are compatible or not. second wife is concerned , he knew her even before I entered his life. If he wanted her what was the need for him to marry me?If she wanted him she should have married him, why I was made a scape goat.

My father –in law was a top burecratic officer in government, it was very difficult even in the court to get this justice.   The court verdict   In the lower court came on april 19,2008, the last working day of the court. My advocate applied for the certified copie of the verdict on 22-4-2008 and I applied,my self applied for the copies on26-4-2008.I have gone everyday for two months to the court office to get the certified copies.I was literally tortured in the court office to get those copies.. my advocate in the lower court also was not approachable and I wanted to appeal very badly in the high court. Ultimately I got those copies on 19-7-2008. However , ministerial staff put the date of application also as 19-7-2008.I did not know about th e consequence or the importance of the date then. He told me that I had not payed enough money at the time of application and that he was putting the later date which was the day I payed full amount.in fact he made me write not issued against the earlier application and made me apply again. I appealed in the high court on 8-8-2008 with those copies with another advocate .case was admitted condoning the dalay..Taking advantage of this , my husband appealed that he was already married on 27-7-2008 and produced registration certificate of his marriage .However my advocate in the lower court had applied on 22-4-2008 and had obtained the same on 20-7-2008.(no delay in  applying)On 2-2-2009, I appealed before the court for the replacement of those copies with copies obtained by my advocate in the lower court . However the judge did not admit saying that he has already rejected. This  fact was brought to the notice of the supreme court which dismissed his applicationSEEKING DIVORCE. The experience in the high court was very bitter. Judges   were literally forcing me to give divorce to him .In fact one of the lady judge told me that I have stayed with my husband for only 3months and so take 30 lakhs and leave him. Does anybody marry for money?

Vaishali,  While you felt the problem as a girl, the other side(boy) faces  this demand invariably - mre often than not  false 498a, DV  princess starts putting a price for taking back the cases or giving divorce.

By the way did you use 498a and DV?

Rest suggested cases, You may filed in court to punish him.

Move on u cannot hold back in life for any reason or person..he is married living with her..now u dont make ur life miserable thnking of him ..there's no dearth of good men , go n give another chance to urslf..
