My land path is blocked by another

According to the stamp (document) Land with 10 feet path is in my name, despite that land owner infront of my property have illegally blocked the path. Whenever we ask about it they use abusive language . What can I do to retrieve the land and the path. Kindly help me .. thank you.

Expected time for Civil is 2-3 years and IN CRIMINAL it depends on ur lawyer

Go for civil for your easement rights, after obtaining certified copy of map from Revenue dept showing the way.

When making a agreement survey no boundaries,measurement same .while registering time survey no measurement differs but boundaries are same..we cultivating agreemented land only.. Give a suggestion for this property..
