my relative took Money and not returning since 5 years. how to file case against him

One of my relative took Money and not giving for me. How to case a file against him to get back my money. Can any one answer?

Evidence is required to prove the loan.Lending money without paperwork is fine, if the amount is low. But if the sum runs into six or seven figures, it is best to adhere to the rules that banks follow when lending out to customers.
