My self-earned property in mother's name

i am an nri.i sent money remittances from abroad and my mother bought a property in her name before i come on vacation.After i came and asked for registration she said the registration is in her name.now i want to sell this old property but my brothers creating problems.i have all the remittance slips and bank transactions fro my a/c's as well as mother' a/c.how can i get the proprty changed to my name.
