my wife is not faithful to me

Wives are not dogs to be failthful to husbands.  Set your expections at reasonable mode.  You should know whom to expect what from?  You can expect wife to be anything but not failthful.  Faithfulness trait is seen in dogs.  Men are called as dogs by women, that makes them failthful or  dogs?  Eitherways you cant expect women to be failthful.

 

If you want divorce, just pay the bichh money and take mutual divorce.

Do you have any evidence that she is not faithful to you? Without evidence simply saying this in court, you will not get divorce. First collect evidence against her then file divorce.

Consult 3-4 local advocates and see what they require as evidence in order to get your divorce . Divorce can be got on the grounds of creulty , desertation etc which has to be proved  in the court of law .See who has the time to fight your case and accordingly go ahead .

 

Alternatively you can go in for mutual consent Divorce provided the terms are acceptable to youll . But she will demand money for MCD . Even Dogs are faithfull but they dont demand money .They are loyal . if you feel that you have the funds for the same and you dont mind paying your unfaithful wife than go ahead .
