my younger sister's husband wants to give divorce

Sir

my younger sister's husband is planning to give divorce to my sister after 27 years of marriage. Both have 2 children 1 son aged 25 and a daughter 21

the reason he says that he wants peace.

would you suggest what legal remedies are available for my sister now.

Well the childern are mojors they can decide with whome they want to live though father has to mainain if they are not earning. You sister can calim maintenance if she is not having any source of income to maintain herself.

What is / are the dispute(s) /issue(s) which compel him (your brother in-law) to apply for divorce at this stage of life ?

Whether you / other relatives /children have attempted to reconcile their dispute(s) ?

I.think the duspite is too much debt.

My sister might have hidden with her hisband some loan she hasn't taken but couldn't pay back the loan .

Her husband doesn't want to repay the loan her wife has taken. He is working abroad and did come to his home country for the last 1.5 years. He told me yesterday that he wants to divorce my sister on my WhatsApp as he want to live peacefully and he is coming to home country next week.

Please advice legal options left for my sister and her grown up kids
