I am file appeal against the covication u/s 138 the ordar is compantition of rs.15000 and simple imprisorment for 1month. I am ready to pay compantition but next party not ready to compremise .who to avoid ny claints simple imprisorment???!??

You have right of appeal and can seek stay of fine and jail till final disposal of appeal. Court may order part payment in court and will stay the sentence .
