NA PROCESS

 

KINDLY GUIDE ME OUT ACTUAL DIFFERENCE IN THE PROCESS OF CONVERSION OF AGRICULTURAL LAND INTO NON-AGRICULTURAL LAND.

1) TO DEFINE PREMIUM - PROCESS TO BE COMPLETED - 90 DAYS.

2) APPLICATION UNDER SEC 65 B.

 

IS IT THAT PREMIUM VALUE PAYABLE IN BOTH THE SCHEME WILL BE THE SAME OR DIFFERENT.

IS IT NECESSARY IN THE PROCESS OF DEFINING PREMIUM TO PROVIDE KEY PLANS I.E. INDUSTRIAL PLANS ETC.

ANY OTHER DRAWBACKS BETWEEN BOTH THE SCHEMES.

apply to revenue dept. with all relevent documents.if your application is complete with all documents after due inquiry the DM has to issue the NA order within 90 days , failing to that after appeal to commissioner your land is supposed to deemed N A. in maharastra

Mr. bhagwat patil with due respect, the land is governed by laws of Gujarat.

that is not an issue.

what you have advised that i already know, kindly go thru the post 

 

I WANT TO KNOW OUT OF FOLLOWING TWO PROCESS, N.A. ORDER CAN BE ACHIEVED IN BOTH THE PROCESS, THAT IS NOT AN ISSUE, THE THING IS I WANT TO KNOW THE PREMIUM PAYABLE IN BOTH THE PROCESS, AND IN WHICH PROCESS PREMIUM WILL BE MORE.
