Na sheti na vikas zone

Hello Sir,

i have buy land property in lohegaon (2000 sq ft) in Lohegaon  and this area is under PMC. and this plot under "Na sheti na vikas zone" 
i have some questions.

1) for construction is there any dificulties?

2) any permission required to start the construction? 

3) is there any other issue with  this land property?

Sheti na Vikas Zone means where development of any kind is NOT allowed. R zone stands for Residential zone where the plots can be utilised for residential purpose .

In this case , there is no requirement to obtain NA permission from Concerned Authority.


NA means "Non agricultural". where a land belongs to agricultural is transfered to Non Agricultural,

wherein builder can construct residential flats, shops etc.

BUT BESIDE THOSE WHO BIY THE GUNTHA PROPRTY THEY ARE ALREADY STARTED THE CONSTRUCTION  AND SOME ARE COMPLTED.

OWNER HAVING THE NAMES ON 7/12 AS WELL AS LEGAL AGREEMENT

IS IT LEAGAL
