i am going to purchase NA TP plot in Godhani (rly) area in Nagpur Gramin. The Layout is NA and TP sanction by Collector Nagpur in 2007 (NA) & 2008 (TP). As now the development of plot out side the Nagpur Muncipal city limit and within the Metro region area came under NIT authority. does i need to get sanction the plot from NIT authority also before sale deed of plot. What is the procedure. I am also taking loan from reputed and govt. undertaking Housing Finance Company for purcahsing the plot. Buider also give the 7/12 extract of his name of that plot.
So just curious what more check or formalites i have do before sale deed.
