Name change

you have to submit an application for name change to the commissioner in the department of printing & stationery. Before that you have to obtain police clearance certificate and obtain a certificate from local revenue department. Wait for 3 months. then it will print in the gazette. 

If you are in Tamil Nadu. You have to submit application Gazzette officer. Police clearance not necessary.

 you need to do affidavit   and get notarized  by notary public and  then public  in new papers one in local  language  other in national wide   .

 this is very  easy process  to name change  but   you need  to keep the paper publication  orginal with you     when it is necessaru to show   for  documentation you need  to show  for  the procces
