Name different in sslc nd grdaution marksheet

Respected sir, My name is Deepak Gowda I studied SSLC from Karnataka board Nd in marksheet of sslc my name is written as (Deepak D.S ) Then I shifted to Mumbai for further studies I completed my 12th Nd Graduation from Mumbai University Nd in marksheet of 12th Nd graduation the name is written with surname as (Deepak Gowda). As in Mumbai University they ask for Surname so I had given my surname!! Now I'm planning to do MBA from Bangalore. I've given pgcet entrance exam conducted by Karnataka education authority .. counseling of verification of documents will start from 1st week of August .. will it be a problem because of name different in sslc nd graduation Marksheet.. I've applied for affidavit for the name change so I can show them the proof of it will it be ok Nd even my adhar card Nd pan card name mentioned is Deepak Gowda so it will be fine right.. Pls reply as soon as possible Thank you
