at the time filing of application for marriage registration, you shall note the name of your wife with the surname of the husband. if already registered with maiden name, apply for correction as your choice before the registrar.

It will depend on the name what you have mentioned in the application for registration of your marriage. Decide in advance and proceed accordingly.
