Your name contradicts in different documents hence you may better change the name in the Aadhar card as per SSC records to avoid future problems.

The difference in name patterns between your Gujarat SSC marksheet and Aadhar card may cause issues during document verification in government recruitment.

Here's why:

Potential Issues: 1. *Name Mismatch*: The difference in name patterns may lead to a name mismatch, which could raise concerns about the authenticity of your documents.

2. *Verification Difficulties*: The verifying authorities may struggle to verify your identity due to the inconsistency in name patterns, potentially delaying or complicating the recruitment process.

Possible Solutions: 1. *Get a Name Correction Certificate*: Obtain a name correction certificate from the relevant authorities (e.g., the Gujarat Secondary Education Board) to explain the difference in name patterns.

2. *Update Your Aadhar Card*: Consider updating your Aadhar card to reflect the same name pattern as your SSC marksheet.

 3. *Provide Supporting Documents*: Be prepared to provide additional supporting documents, such as a birth certificate, passport, or other government-issued ID, to establish your identity and clarify the name discrepancy.

Precautions: 1. *Check Recruitment Notification*: Verify the recruitment notification to see if it specifies any particular document or name pattern requirements.

2. *Contact Recruitment Authorities*: Reach out to the recruitment authorities or the document verification team to inquire about their specific requirements and procedures for handling name discrepancies.

To avoid any potential issues, it's essential to address the name discrepancy before the document verification stage.
