The Nanavati-Mehta Commission, investigating the 2002 post-Godhra riots in Gujarat, will pass an order some time next week on an application moved by NGO Jan Sangharsh Manch (JSM), demanding summoning of Chief Minister Narendra Modi and others to examine their role in the riots.
