NARCO and Lie Detector tests

NARCO and Lie Detector tests

1.In which situations you can demand for these tests?  Is it only for criminal cases or civil matters too?

2.How about cases of fraud?

Serious discussion plz.

To your question whether the tests can be used for civil cases , the answer is no. Because thes tests can only be conducted by way of investigation and that too in matters involving serious offences and affecting the public at large.  one cannot demand for this tests simply because [1] they are intruding in a persons privacy violating his rights [2] that would amount to putting more faith in the tests than in the judiciary. the evidence act would have to be scrapped.

PERIOD

the person is slapped repeatedly to elicite an answer. He is drugged. as answered earlier in one of the querries, only the investigation agency can decide the questions to be asked.
