In response to your query,
Due to the current situation of pandemic in the country Since March 2020, the Supreme Court has held virtual hearings. Physical hearings will be held two days a week, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, according to a circular released by the Supreme Court on October 7, 2021. The date for the hybrid hearing has been set for Thursday. And from January 3, 2022 the Supreme Court has switched back to the same regulations because of rising cases of omicron variant, same is the case in many other high courts of different states. Therefore I would suggest you to make a special request to the tribunal for virtual hearings while quoting the circular of Supreme Court and the situation of covid-19 in your particular area. In this manner you will not be required to be physically present for your hearings.

Aryan Raj
