Nedd help-divorse

Hi Sir I was married to girl in Nov 2014 but she never stayed with me and there parents and all elders made me sign on white paper(paper which contains header of some insurance agent) that both can marry ..a divorse kind of document and I came to know that she left to USA

Query:Can you plese help me how can I proceed with this situation.Is that divorse written on white paper is enough

divorce needs to be got through court and nothing else is valid.if both of you are not interested in living together then convince her to apply for mcd.only then u both can remarry.otherwise it would be bigamy and it would attract punishment under sec494 and above all the second marriage becomes illegal if u dont go for a divorce legally
