I'm planning to join a Start Up as a Co-Founder and Director but would like to know what all important legal things I need to keep in mind while getting into the partnership. I am not investing but it will be having a Vesting Agreement of around 4 years as will work on Equity. There will be 2 more Directors, the Founder who works in UK but a Indian citizen and another one is his father. The company will be registered in Trichy and currently I stay at Gurgaon. Please advise.
