Hi all,
I filed RCR, now our separation is one and half year.. If she will not join with me for another 6 month can I with draw and file divorse on the ground of "divorce on desertion ground"..
my query is that although she is not staying in my working place, but in last November visit she stay with me for 7 to 8 days.. So she can claim that that period we had S*X.. so how can I or she prove it?
But physically she is not with me at my working place (she strictly denied to join at my place)..
