Divya dont worry about what is a search doc or anything else. Like my friend Mr. Reddy suggested go to the registrar's office and ask just like what you aske here. You will get it on payment of appropriate fee.

sir the registrar office person says tht they jst provide xerox of deed not the certified copy of deed....

They cannot say that. Any copy registered with the registrar shall be given out to public as a certified copy as and when demanded and upon payment of proper fees.

Certified copy of a Partnership Deed can be obtained from the Registrar's Office by making an application under the RTI Act.
