This is Kumar from chennai. and i am unmarried. My friend(female) already married and having a child with 5 years old. But her husband become sycho for his activities and torchelled every day. so she left from there and live now in her mom house. Her child also with her now. After that also her husband came to her mom house when her mother not there and given torchel to her. She told me everything to me. So we went to lawyer and asked. He given the advice for applying divorce. and i am also said the same thing and told her to get another marriage with best person. Then she said first i need to get a divorce. and she applied the divorce. After long days i asked to her for marrying me for second marriage. first she didn't accept but finally she accepted. First hearing came and given counseling. there her husband said i will not give divorce for her and she said i will not live with him anymore. then they arranged second counseling after 2 months that time he didn't come and again its postponed to after two months.. Now my question is: when it will be end? and when can i marry her? and main thing is her child is now 5 years old. if it takes long time then child will become aged then the remarriage is not good.. so we expect to solve this quickly and get remarriage as soon. and also need to change the initial of her child for my name on birth certificate and also need to change the initial on child school records.. When it will be done. Hearing also giving every two months only. he not came last hearing as we think he is not interested may be.. but not sure. anyone can solve ours problem quickly??
