498a was running on me and my family members but my wife was earlier with two persons before performing marriage with me. Her first marriage was registered under hindu marriage act with giving divorce she was perform second marriage which is not valid and later married to me and registered. But her first husband was expired after one year from my marriage date. She suppressed the facts and harrassing my family and file 498a case. Can I make a petition to discharge the 498a first examination was already completed. I am attending to the vizag court and I am staying in hyderabad. Please help me.
