in 2000, during some case hering my father assaulted lady judge, due to which she made FIR against him , ....the lady judge is pregnent at that time.... after that my father remain in jail for 6 months and after that he got BAIL ...after that in 2002,Additional District and Sessions Judge, sentenced four years’ rigorous imprisonment for assaulting Judicial Magistrate (First Class), in her court room...then my father appealed in high court and then again he remained in jail for 2 months as they got bail again from high court. now the hearing is near by...after friendly talk of my family with that lady judge she is ready to compromise with us. but the problem is that she can't give in writen to the court. please tell me the solution for this as soon as possibl
