Need help-divorse

Hi Sir,

 

My marriage happend 9 months before and girl was with me for only 5 days.She is not with me  since 9 moths.

She is now asking  me to sign on "diverse on mutual contest" AND notary dirverse documents and planning to leave to USA for higher studies.

 

Query: Can I had law in place to file case which makes her not to leave india before getting divorse

traveling abroad is a fundamental right provided by constitution of India, so you can not restrain her to traveling abroad.

You cannot file MCD case within a year of marriage , you have to wait for its completion of one year , for filing time of your MCD and after 6 month on your second motion your both husband and wife's physical presence is necessary in the court mind it and act accordingly.
