Need help-divorse

Hi Sir, I was married 3 years before.But girl never stayed with me after marriage.She is not even coming for divorce and no communication address.We never stayed together from past 3 years Query:Can you please suggest how to get divorce to remarry.I don't have contact of her Thanks,

do you want to keep her again with you? first ask your self this question if you are really interested then file RCR on the address that you know where she lived, if you dont want then straightway file for divorce on grounds of desertion. remember RCR might backfire if she comes back and lives with you, if you dont want to really live with her. hire a good lawyer and take your case forward
