Its better to study your books. There is no fruitfull purpose served for any particular book for Judiciary. It would be only loose of money.

cram the bare acts and keep yourself updated with case laws specially the landmark judgements of the apex court.what matters most is not the latest case laws but landmark case laws.if you will learn the bare acts verbatim then you can easily crack the exam and for further interpretation you can study books of varous authors.......but its better to go for student editions if you don't want to go for a research into a topic.its better to do an intensive and extensive study based on the relevancy of the topic and subject and marks of such subject specified in the syllabus.never stick to only the syllabus as now the examination pattern is changing.skill yourself in the current affairs and master yourself in the constitutional law and also the upcoming subjects like IPR specially for delhi judiciary.go ahead.cheers!
