Need help on dmc

Dear Sir / Madam, I need help on clear on this two point. (1) As in gujarat Family court will be on summer vacation from 11 May to 10 June 2013. I am waiting for my spouse to sign DMC papers before 10 May 13. Is it possible to file papers after 10 May 13 if she will not come and sign papers till 10 May 13 ? Please guide me if yes then how ? (2) What if she and her side is not ready to sign papers DMC ? Till now they were agreed to sign but they want to me to make papers of DMC. Now i informed them to i am ready to make papers but they are not providing me confirm reply. As We both do not want to live jointly then how to get rid of this deadlock condition ? Please guide me What is the other options if she is not ready to sign on DMC. Altough there is not demand for any kind of money till now. Please guide me. Regards
