My name is Ganesh Krishnamurthy, Living in Mumbai,Thane. I need your advice on Mutual Aggreement.
Me & my Wife got married on dec 2010, We have a baby girl and she is 12 Months Old.
The proplem, She got forcefully married by her family. She is not ready to marry me and that time we went for honeymoon, during that time she was talking to her x boyfriend. And i notified that but did not asked her.... She continues the call even in Mumbai. One day i traced the number and i checked that the number was belongs to one guy. But, my wife told me that is my Girl friend. even when she talk to the phone she use to remove the call log from the phone after speaking to that guy.
One day i shouted her, and i warn her be truthful to one person. She got frustrated and also she was perganant during that time.. She called her mother and went away to her native place kerala.
Its been 3 years still , she did not return back to my house and not willing to joinme. For i have filled a Conjual Rights Pettion on Kalyan Court. but the charges are very high i paid 35000.
I requested my wife, by calling her.. Please come and join with me and she said no. I told her.. if you are not willing to join with me then come for Mutual Divorce. For that she said i cannot able to face the Court. She again said, I will sign you where ever you want and leave me alone and if you want mary some other girl..
Sir, The problem she is not ready to come for Mutual Divorce. Is that any other option that i can take sign in Mutual Agreement letter by taking the sign in front of her and also witness from her parents...
