Need help section 13(1a)(1b)

Hi All,

 

I was married on 12-March-2011.But my wife filed case with Section 13(1A)(1B) of Hindu marriage act.Please let me know what this sections means,

13(1A) means divorce on cruelty grounds

13(1b) means divorce on dessertion grounds,for which dessertion for a period of 2 years is required.
