need judgements

we have 2shops in notified area.our case is running for ejectactment for bonafide require ment .one case is dismissed by rent control kullu.he says bonafide require ment is not genuine because I m running a shop in penchant area and my mother is in job (at retirement age).need any judgements for my case which can prove my require ment genuine and evict my tenant(more than 20-25 years old )thanks in advance .
