Need justice for illegality in job recruitment

HI,I recently applied for a chemistry lecturer post in a private aided college. in the final interview,among 2 candidates including me,the other one was selected though i had better qualification and experience. i dont wanna give up,need justice. they aresupposed to abide by UGC rules as its an aided college. please let me know what i can do
