Its said , ' A man is his best Lawyer ' . Be a lawyer of your own case .

As for procedures , purchase a copy of Civil Procedure Code from any shop. Go thro it . Then react for further advise , if required .

You can contest  your own case upto  HONBLE THE SUPEREME COURT .

With regards ,

What should I do first it is gender bias country second case is in UP where every second person is a politician.

I believe you can understand.

Do not worry

You have not given any input of your case , but you talkabout Gender Bias

Be specific so that we may give you some fruitful suggessions .

But always its better to fight your own case

But sometimes knitty gritties of case requires experienced lawyers to wriggle you out of tight spots .

With regards ,

Wife want husband should be "Ghar Jamai" and take care of her mother. Suppose I take care of her mother who will take care of my mother. Now she is taking care of her mother. She did not left my grand parents in FIR. She made 98% false FIR. Yes there is 2% truth.

You can pass initial time by taking dates and nakals but unless proper preperation how you can come out of the cases even false.

Evidences are ready with witness.

Waiting for trial.

Seems You have Grand Parents too

Also WAS IT MADE CRYSTAL CLEAR TO YOU (BEFORE MARRAIGE ) THAT SHE CANNOT LEAVE HER MOTHER AND WILL GO ON TAKING CARE OF HER MOTHER AFTER MARRAIGE TOO

Is her mother bed ridden

Does she not have brothers

What about the property (house) where she lives  , is her RIGHTS IN ANCESTRAL PROPERTY FROM HER FATHER SIDE

IS SHE READY TO MOVE HER MOTHER TO YOUR HOUSE

DO YOU HAVE THAT MUCH OF SPACE

CAN YOU BE AVAILABLE AT BOTH PLACES (dividing time equally ) to look after her mother and Yours too

Marraige is an INSTITUTION IN ITSELF , and COMPROMISES WITH LIFE IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF MARRAIGE INSTITUTION

TRY TO SAVE IT RATHER THAN DESTROY IT

AND I AM SURE HONBLE COURTS WILL ALSO ADVISE YOU THE SAME

With regards and best wishes
