Need sale deed prepared

Hi,

I currently have a property in Dombivali that I will be taking possession of in April. I would like to sell the property immediately to an identified buyer and would like the relevant documents prepared to ensure sale.

The issue is that the property was registered in both in my wife’s and my name and my wife is currently overseas on a project for 12 months and will not be able to come down to support the registration process in the new buyers name.

Can you advise what needs to be done and if there are any lawyers who can prepare the relevant papers that I can courier to her to sign.

Cheers,

RF

Please take a power of attorney from your wife and then your presence is sufficient for the sale.

If POA Is executed stamp duty will be as applicable to Agreement for sale.

In case of sale where seller is husband and wife on poa stamp duty implications will be Rs.500 but registration of POA Is compulsory.
