I have filed a squashing case against a falsely placed 498A on me and my family in Jabalpur high court.
Since last two months I see no changes in the case. When I ask my lawyer, He says it will be on roll once the time comes. The dates are changing every week.
Following is the satus I can see:
Status: Pending - Not reached
Stage: Motion hearing
I dont understand the reason behing this delay.
Is it usual or my lawyer is being lazy in working on it.
Please guide me.
