Section 52 of Transfer of Property Act, a person who has purchased the property dureing the pendency of suit, shall be bound by judgment and decree passed by the court.
it is a settled law that a person should be aware and should check all the docuemnts such as original sale deed, revenue record at least of last 13 years, Municipal Corporation (if) etc. before purchsing the property .
